On Friday, May 18, the Babylon Village Historical Society offered a viewing of memorabilia that the Babylon Beautification Society donated to them to be preserved for the future. A cocktail party was enjoyed by all who attended.

Congressman Pete King (c.) was at Federal Plaza to congratulate Joseph Demarest, the FBI's Agent in Charge of Counterterrorism, and Assistant FBI Director, Mark Mershon, on preventing the planned terrorist attack on JFK Airport. As ranking member of the Homeland Security Committee, Congressman Pete King works closely with the FBI in its ongoing efforts against Islamic terrorism.
