Suffolk County Clerk's office wins CIO award

Suffolk County Clerk Judith Pascale acknowledged receipt of the CIO 100 Award from CIO Magazine for the exceptional use of information technology.

"I am proud to accept this award on behalf of the 1.5 million residents of Suffolk County. Once again, the Suffolk County Clerk's Office is obtaining national recognition for innovation in the field of information technology," commented Suffolk County Clerk Judith Pascale.

The Suffolk County Clerk's Office will be honored at a formal ceremony later this summer in Carlsbad, California. The official criterion for selection by the editor of CIO magazine was for use of information technology to create a business value to the public.

"Each and every day I am reminded of the commitment that every one of my employees make, both individually and collectively, toward our goal of serving the public with prompt professional service. These awards would not have been possible without their hard work and dedication and I congratulate all of them on for this award," commented Judith Pascale.
