      Irene Grover, who lived in Bay Shore for 56 years, died May 25, 2007. She was 83 years old. Born in Brooklyn, she moved to Bay Shore in 1951 after marrying. She worked for Macy's in Bay Shore for 35 years and was longtime volunteer at South Side Hospital in Bay Shore.
