Babylon Business and Professional Women to hold meeting

The Babylon Business and Professional Women (BB&PW) met Sunday, May 20 in Elizabeth Karoly's garden for lemonade, iced tea and talk. Under apple and cherry trees, amid strawberry patches and flower gardens they discussed their business. Reports were given by chairpersons and everyone offered an answer to the question of the day: "Where shall we hold June luncheon?"

This is an important question because at the June luncheon the two scholarships are to be awarded. Each year the BB&PW gives two scholarships to deserving, needy Babylon High School students. The students are urged to bring their mothers to this luncheon as well.
