Rotary Club benefit to be held June 2

On Saturday, June 2, 7 p.m.The Rotary Club of Bay Shore will be presenting its second Life Saving Benefit Concert to raise fund for Rotary International's Gift of Life program. Nigel Potts will perform popular works by Bach, Mozart, Rachmaninoff, Sousa, Elgar and more. The cost is $20 for adults, $15 for senior citizens and students and children under 13 years old are free.

Gift of Life is a humanitarian program to provide life saving open-heart surgery to needy children of the world. The children range in age from infancy to 21 years and have congenital heart defects. Primarily they come from developing countries where health care facilities are not available.
