voting on the school district
budget for the year   2007/
2008 and election of Members
      of the Board of Education
      will take place   in the
two designated election districts
        of the school district:
the Administration Building,
      10 Farmingdale Road,
West Babylon, New York
11704, and the Santapogue
School, 1130 Herzel Blvd.,
West Babylon, NY 11704,
on Tuesday, May 15, 2007
between the hours of 6:00
A.M. and 9:00 P.M. prevailing
    time. Voting will be by
ballot on voting machines.
Form of proposition will be
as follows:

  Shall the following resolution
        be adopted?
  RESOLVED, that the
school district budget proposed
        by the Board of Education
          in accordance with
Section 1716 of the Education
      law shall be approved.

GIVEN that all qualified
voters   who   registered
within   four years after or
who voted on June 3, 2003
or any voting date thereafter
    are not required to register
      with the Board of Registration
            for this meeting.
Applications for absentee
ballots for election of Board
Members and approval of
the budgets may be applied
for at the office of the Clerk
of the District (Administrative

Babylon, New York 11704),
in accordance with Section
2018-a of the Education
Law.   Such   application
must be received by the
District   Clerk   at   least
seven (7) days   before the
election if the ballot is to be
mailed to the voter, or the
day   before the election, if
the ballot is to be delivered
personally to the voter. No

shall be canvassed unless it
shall have been received in
the office of the Clerk of the
school district no later
than 5 P.M. on the day of
the election.   A list of all
persons to whom   absentee
