Eagle Engine Company hosts annual Comedy Night to be held April 28

The Copiague Eagle Engine Company Volunteer Fire Department is hosting its 13th annual comedy night, Saturday, April 28, with three top comic headliners.

The special guest host is comedienne Carie Karavas, who has appeared on Metro Channel's New Joke City, in the Ladies of Laughter Finals at Caesars Atlantic City and in the Montreal Just For Laughs Festival. Karavas' bold comic style and seasoned banter with the audience has made her a mainstay at Dangerfield's comedy Club in New York since the 1990s.

Also showcasing his unique style of humor is Billy Garan who has been seen on Caroline's Comedy Hours, Comedy on the Road and Comedy Central.

Popular comic veteran and actor Angel Salazar is the closing act and is often a "show stopper." He has appeared in numerous movies including Punchline, Scarface, Carlito's Way and in Fox TV's In Living Color.

A full roast beef dinner with unlimited beer, wine (for adults) and soda is included with the admission price of $35. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with the show starting at 8 p.m. Early reservations are suggested and can be made by calling 631-789-8061. Note that this show contains adult subject matter and language.
