Music Lovers Club annual concert to be held April 29
The annual benefit concert of the Music Lovers Club will take place Sunday, April 29, 2 p.m. at the United Methodist Church, 350 Main St., Islip. Parking is on Church Avenue on the west side of the church and on Smith Avenue on the east. The 2007 scholarship winner will perform and then be presented with their awards. In addition there will be entertainment by the group Canta Libre featuring Sally Sorrock, flute; Bernard Tomosaitis, cello and Sayuri Iida, piano.
Tickets can be purchased at the door. The cost is $10 for adults and $5 for students. For information call 631-277-3991.
