West Islip students Reflections winners

Seven talented West Islip students recently received Awards of Excellence from the Suffolk Region PTA in the annual Reflections contest. The students' works were judged first at the school level, then reviewed against thousands of entries from students across Suffolk County. Their winning pieces are now on their way to statewide competition in Albany. Shown with their certificates are three of the winners: Chelsea Simek, Melissa Lauren Young and Karolyne Tomlinson.
