Otsego Elementary Literary Festival 2007 of age
Ostego Elementary students in the Half Hollow Hills School District beat the snow and sleet outside by delving into a world of reading during their annual Literary Festival week. The week's activities included visits by au-
thors such as David Adler, creator of the Cam Jansen character, a Reading Rampage assembly in which students were challenged to phonetic spelling demonstrations by Steve of Petra Puppets, and a family night. The Literary Festival Week is a precursor to the school's month-long PARP (Parents as Reading Partners) program in March.
