Babylon High School senior makes National Merit Finalist

Babylon Junior-Senior High School senior Aditya Ramanathan, previously praised for being a National Merit Semi-Finalist, as well as the winner of the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Medal and a $60,000 scholarship, has now upped his ranking in the educational arena. This week he was identified as a National Merit Finalist by the National Merit Scholarship Program, placing him in the top one percent of outstanding academic students in the country. Ramanathan is awaiting word regarding the competition for Merit Scholarship awards.
