Islip Town hosts annual three-on-three basketball tournament

Islip Town Supervisor Phil Nolan has announced that applications are currently available for the annual Three-on-three Basketball Tournament,. sponsored by the Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs, to be held at the Oakdale Bohemia Middle School, Friday, March 9 and Saturday, March 10. The tournament is open to boys and girls, nine to 14 years of age. The fee for the Tournament is $55 per team for Islip residents and $70 per non-resident team.

"This Tournament is an annual favorite among residents and nonresidents alike, because it teaches children the important values of working together as a team," said Supervisor Nolan.
