Lindenhurst High School students inducted into Tri-M Music Honor Society

Twelve Lindenhurst High School students were recently inducted into the Lindenhurst High School Tri-M Music Honor Society at the school's Sixth Annual Induction Ceremony. The Tri-M Music Honor Society is a program of the National Association for Music Education and recognizes students who exemplify excellence in music in conjunction with academic performance and outstanding character.

Each new Tri-M inductee was presented with a pin and chapter sponsor Charles Pramnieks read a letter of congratulations from the National Tri-M Chairperson. Certificates were also presented to existing Tri-M Honor Society members for their continued membership and dedication by co-advisor Marissa Connolly.

Following the presentations, senior Tri-M members Harry Loizides, Brian Miele and Matthew LaMarca performed musical selections. A reception for all the Tri - M members and their families was held in the auditorium to celebrate this distinctive honor and accomplishment.
