Arts Council Concert be held, February 18

The Islip Arts Council will present Canta Libre as part of the Free Winter Sunday Concerts at the Carriage House of the Bayard Cutting Arboretum, Montauk Highway, Great River, Sunday, February 18, 2 p.m. Seating is limited and is on a first-come basis.
