West Babylon Elementary creates gingerbread houses
      Kindergarten students from Mrs. Mahon and Mrs. Goodwin's class at Santapogue Elementary School in West Babylon recently created a gingerbread village. Students diligently created a city of gingerbread houses after a unit of study on gingerbread. Shown in the photo is a highlight of the activity.

North Babylon High School honored with New York State Scholar Athlete Team Award

      North Babylon High School and its student athletes have been honored as the only school in Suffolk County to receive the New York State Scholar Athlete Team Award for the 2005-2006 school year. All of North Babylon's varsity teams maintained a minimum grade point average of 90.
