A new Eagle Scout

The Eagle Scout Award is the highest award that can be earned in Boy Scouting. Although many scouts begin the difficult journey, which leads them to this award, only a small percentage actually achieve their goal.
The prestigious Eagle Scout award was presented to Lindenhurst resident James Strigaro of Lindenhurst Troop 54. Participating in James' Eagle Court of Honor were his family, friends and fellow scouts.
Suffolk County Legislator Wayne R. Horsley is shown presenting James Strigaro a proclamation.
