Village Trustee Mike Lavorata recently presented the Underwriters Labs soccer team with a certificate for the completion of their inaugural season. The team plays at the Lindenhurst Indoor Soccer "Bubble" on North Queens Avenue. Lavorata is also a senior project engineer with UL.
