A letter in last week's newspaper criticized the Babylon Village Board for the way in which it conducted a Village Board meeting recently. While we attended that meeting, and do not agree with most of the points the writer made, one thing is clear. More ... Dear Editor: In the April 5, 2007 edition of the Babylon Beacon, it was reported that Babylon School District will "receive approximately a 6.99 percent increase in aid, excluding building and transportation aid."
