We'd like to suggest a change of procedure for the Babylon Village Board when it conducts its twice monthly business meetings. Currently, the board goes over the agenda and votes on it, and then opens the meetings to the public, at which time it can ask questions, make requests and raise any issue that may be on the mind of residents. Dear Editor: Many residents from both Babylon and Huntington, who live near the proposed Tanger Mall project, have recently contacted me concerning the County Legislature's decision to permit Tanger's hook-up into the South West Sewer District.
