Scholastic Kids donate 100 new books to charity
Fifth grade students in Valerie Schultheis, Jacie Chatterton and Lisa Gillespie’s classes at Babylon Memorial Grade School participated in the Scholastic Book Club challenge of reading 100 books before the end of the month in order to have the Scholastic Company donated 100 new books to children in need. The students are shown with their Scholastic Classrooms Care certificates of achievement. With them is teacher Valerie Schultheis, left and Jacie Chatterton, right.
