NB man arrested for assaulting 17-year-old with kitchen knife A 17-year-old North Babylon man was arrested by Suffolk police Wednesday, December 13 for stabbing another man multiple times with a large kitchen knife at 103 Forsythia Lane in North Babylon. Tyrone Bradley and Shane Allen were at 103 Forsythia Lane, North Babylon with another man when an argument broke out between the two. After the situation appeared to have calmed, Bradley went to the kitchen in the residence where he got a knife. Bradley then returned to the play room and without warning stabbed Allen multiple times in the back, arm and chest areas. When First Precinct Police Officer James Padgett responded to the scene a witness pointed out Bradley, who had stayed in the area. Bradley was placed under arrest and taken to the First Precinct where he was charged with assault First Degree. Tyrone Bradley, 17, of 99 Forsythia Lane, North Babylon is being held overnight at the First Precinct and will be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip.
Shane Allen, 16, was taken by North Babylon Rescue to Good Samaritan Hospital where he underwent surgery and was listed in critical but stable condition.
