Christmas comes to Lindenhurst Lindenhurst Village is preparing for its holiday celebrations. On Sunday December 3, residents are being asked to join Lindenhurst Mayor Tom Brennan in the Village from 1 to 3 p.m. when the Chamber of Commerce presents "Santa in the Park" at the Village Gazebo Park (Wellwood Avenue and Hoffman Avenues). At 4:15 p.m., that day the Lindenhurst Fire Department will hold its Annual Christmas Parade along Wellwood Avenue, which will be followed by the Lindenhurst Village annual Tree Lighting Ceremony at Wellwood Avenue and Hoffman Avenues at 4:45 p.m.
