Brentwood Freshman Center joins Breast Cancer Walk-a-Thon

On Sunday, October 15, on the Jones Beach boardwalk, 32 Brentwood Freshman Center students, under the auspices of the BFC Honors Club, participated in the annual walk-a-thon in the fight to cure breast cancer. The students raised $860 for their efforts, as they joined thousands of other people on the five mile walk. The three top money raisers were Hamadi Duggan, Elisabeth Scheffel, and Jaylinn Howard.
