National Achievers at Half Hollow Hills

Four students in Half Hollow Hills School District were recently announced as semifinalists in the 2007 National Merit Scholarship Competition and one student was named a semifinalist in the 2007 National Achievement Scholarship Program. They are: George Mastrogiannis from Hills West, Shana

Mintz from Hills West, Lindsey Hennawi from Hills West, Louis Fisher from Hills East and Gregory Halperin from Hills East. All of the students were recently honored at a Board of Education meeting. Finalists will be named in January.
