Recognizing hard work for the disabled

Community Leadership Award, and Bruce Blower, Director of the Suffolk County Office of Handicapped Services, was presented with the Government Leadership Award. UCP, one of the leading charitable organizations on Long Island, advances the independence, productivity, and full citizenship of people with cerebral palsy and other disabilities.
