Members of Babylon Unit 94 along with Auxiliary and Legion members from Nassau and Queens welcomed Department President Joan Cacamo and her staff along with Department Commander James Casey and SAL Detachment command for the Department of New York Al Dyker to Babylon Post 94 on Friday, September 15 for their annual fall conference. A conference is held each year to outline the programs and projects of the Auxiliary for the coming year. This year the theme of Department President Joan Cacamo is Dreams Can Come True. All donations raised will benefit the New York Special Olympics programs.

A reminder go to all members that due for 2007 are due: seniors - $15 and Juniors $4. Remit your dues to Marilyn Reiter, 77 Sherbroke Rd., Lindenhurst, NY 11757. If you are interested in becoming a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, eligibility is through a relation to a veterans having served during a wartime period. Get well wishes go to First Vice President Patricia Bianculli who is recuperating from a knee replacement and Jeanette Giordano, chaplain who is on the mend after open heart surgery. condolences to Rosemarie McGee on the passing of her husband.
