Deer Park Girl Scouts kick- off community meeting

Suffolk County Legislator Lou D'Amaro (D-Deer Park) recently hosted a special Deer Park community meeting at the May Moore Primary School. The unique forum offered residents the opportunity to voice their concerns to their new County representative and to discuss several issues, including neighborhood safety, property taxes, and LIPA surcharges. A Deer Park Girl Scouts color guard opened the meeting.
