Fred and Carol Kamerer of Babylon Village celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on September 15, 2006. A surprise party was given in their honor on September 2 at the Knights of Columbus on Park Avenue in Babylon Village. The party was given by their children Fred and Lauri Kamerer of West Babylon and Karen and John Watt of Babylon. The party had a '50s theme.
