The Suffolk County Police Department First Squad Detectives have arrested a 39-year-old North Babylon man for public lewdness after one of his victims located his picture on the New York State Sex Offender website.

On Sunday, July 16, 2006 at about 10:00 p.m., two female victims, age 20 and 21, were sitting in a vehicle parked on Sheffield Avenue, West Babylon when a naked male exited the woods nearby and began to masturbate in front of them. He then fled on a bicycle.
