Suffolk County Legislator Wayne R. Horsley recently presented Eagle Scouts Joseph Ferro and Sean Rogan with a proclamation as they received their Eagle Scout Award. Although many Scouts begin the difficult journey which leads them to the pinnacle of their Scouting careers, only a small percentage actually achieve their goal and receive the prestigious Eagle Scout Award.

Ferro and Rogan are members of Boy Scout Troop 104 in West Babylon. Many of their family members, friends and peers were present for this momentous occasion.
