Stephen F. Blake, of Bay Shore, died January 17, 2006

Mr. Blake is predeceased by his wife Loretta Ann Blake. Survivors include his children Christine E. Melander, Jeffrey M. Blake, Second Lieutenant U.S. Army and Brian P. Blake. Also surviving are his sonand daughters-in-law Russell Melander, Victoria Blake and Laura Blake; his grandson Derek H. Blake; his brothers, Thomas and Richard and his sisters-in-law Candace, Patricia and Linda Blake. His brother Robert predeceased him.

Mr. Blake reposed at the Frederick J. Chapey & Sons Funeral Home, 1225 Montauk Hwy., West Islip. A religious service was said at the funeral home Monday, January 23, 2006. Interment was in Long Island National Cemetery at Calverton.
