The Bank of America recently honored Foster Grandparent Jackie Benyon with a Local Heroes Award. Benyon volunteers as a Foster Grandparents at the Martin Luther King School in Wyandanch. The award was given to Benyon because she exemplifies the highest standard of community through her volunteer efforts.
