West Islip teenagers hold fundraiser at beach club

Fifteen-year-old students Victoria Calderone and Meghan LaRocca were the hostesses of Let It Glow, a teenage holiday beach fundraiser, held last month at the West Islip Beach Clubhouse. Money raised through tickets and raffles sales totaled $810 which was donated to the Babylon Breast Cancer Coalition. Adding to the festivities were contributions from Ed Arikian, Bunger Surf Shop, Calderone Family, Hoyler Flooring, Irene and Company, Kathy’s Hair Corner, King Kullen, Kismet Inn, LaRocca Family, Patti Madeja, Mulberry Street, Our Daily Bread, Panera Bread, Ralplh’s Italian Ices, South Side Hotel, Special Sauce, Tricia’s Cafe, the Clubhosue and the WICCA Dance and Drama Group. Music was supplied by VJ Entertainment’s disc jockey.
