Town of Babylon holds "Firefighter Appreciation Night"
The Town of Babylon held its annual Firefighter Appreciation Night at the Town Hall Annex to pay tribute to the brave volunteer firefighters in the town who risk their lives in service to their communities. Town of Babylon Supervisor Steven Bellone presented each local fire department with awards commending them on their achievements over the past year, and a number elected officials attended to thank the firefighters for their service. Food and refreshments for the evening were donated by local vendors.
