Babylon Memorial Grade School held its annual Holiday Food Drive under the direction of teachers Rita Bartenback and Francesca Johnson. Over 40 large boxes of non-perishable food was collected by the Student Council, which were delivered to four Babylon families currently experiencing difficult times. The families were contacted by district social worker Linda Rich. “It’s wonderful when we can help others enjoy the holiday season,” says Ms. Bartenback.
