The Hills Foundation recently sponsored a Night of Music and Memories at Half Hollow Hills High School East. The Hills Foundation was established in 1993 for the enhancement and enrichment of the children in the Half Hollow Hills School District. It is an independent not-for-profit organization of community members who sponsor various fundraisers throughout the year. This year, A Night of Music and Memories featured singers, Lesley Gore and Gene Pitney. Future projects planned include a Neil Sedaka concert and the lighting of the fields at High School East and High School West. Members of the Hills Foundation and High School East Honor Society surround Lesley Gore and her band.
