Forest Avenue Elementary School recently held its annual Pumpkin Patch Day. Kindergarten students began the day with a feast of autumn-inspired foods, including apples, pumpkin pie and apple cider. From there, the students went out to the playground where they found a patch of pumpkins waiting to be picked. After selecting a pumpkin, they returned to class for an afternoon of autumn crafts.
