Students at South Bay Elementary School in West Babylon recently participated in a special activity related to Constitution Day. The South Bay student council and character education committee drafted a South Bay Constitution which every child and their parents have been asked to sign. The giant scroll has been placed in the school lobby for all to sign. The South Bay Constitution states the children’s willingness to work toward achieving a harmonious school environment. The attributes highlighted are courage, loyalty, justice, respect, hope, honesty and love.
