Anthony Scott Giustiani, of Denver, Colorado and formerly of Deer Park, died September 6, 2004.

Surviving are his parents Frank Giustiani and Joyce and Frank Palazzolo; his grandmother, Margaret Miller; his siblings Taryn and Gary April, Frankie Giustiani and Gary Giustiani; his niece Brynn April and many friends and relatives.

A funeral service was said Monday, September 13, 2004 at St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale. Arrangements were under the direction of the Claude R. Boyd-Caratozzolo Funeral Home, 1785 Deer Park Ave., Deer Park.
