The store is named after their daughter, Emma, who was named after Michele’s great-grandmother. This is a full-service deli, with Chefs Tracy and Doug preparing everything in the store from scratch. Erik is usually the first person who will greet you from behind the counter. He is very proud of the hard work it took to refurbish the store, and to create a kitchen that can provide a fresh and diversified collection of all types of foods.

Emma’s serves breakfast starting at 5:30 am. All of the salads and side dishes are made fresh daily including specialty sandwiches and signature wraps, like the Fat Tuesday, the Oak Beach Inn and the Sugar Magnolia.
