Charles A. Goebel, of North Babylon and Baldwin, died September 3, 2004.

Surviving are his wife, Judith (nee Letourneau); his children Evan and Kerri; his step-daughters Lisa Fusco and Denise Ward; his mother Rosemarie Goebel; his sisters Diane Zaron and Carol Kolody and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mr. Goebel reposed at the Weigand Pensa Funeral Home, 2283 Grand Ave., Baldwin. A funeral mass was said Tuesday, September 7, 2004 at St. Christopher’s R.C. Church, Baldwin. Interment was in Greenfield Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice of New York, 45-18 Court Square, Suite 500, Long Island City, NY 11101 or the American Cancer Society, 6800 Jericho Tpke, Suite 200W, Syosset, NY 11791 in Mr. Goebel’s memory would be appreciated.
