Kevin McClarnon, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has announced the appointment of the new manager to its East Islip branch office.

Jeff Bass, licensed real estate Associate Broker, brings to the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage management team over 17 years of real estate experience. Bass, a graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), managed four offices simultaneously for the past four years. He holds an MBA degree from Adelphi University and is a Certified New York State instructor for sales agents and brokers.

With his teaching expertise and a firm foundation of the real estate business, Bass plans to apply his experience and mentoring skills to help his branch sales associates provide the highest-quality service to the buyers and sellers in the East Islip community.

Bass and his wife, Jean, have been married for 15 years and reside "out east" in Moriches.
