Kelly (Laney) and Dave Picariello, of Clayton, North Carolina and formerly of Long Island, announce the birth of their daughter, Makayla Isabella, on April 21, 2003 and weighing seven pounds, five ounces and was 20 inches long.  Makayla is the first grandchild of Karen Laney of West Babylon and Richard and Judith Picariello of Sayville. Makayla is the first great-granddaughter of June Hovanec of Babylon and Julie Grubowski of New Jersey. She is the first niece of Amanda Laney of West Babylon.
