The South Shore Waterfowlers Association, a non-profit organization which undertakes marsh habitat restoration projects is hosting its annual Duckboat Show and Waterfowl Festival, November 3, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.at Cedar Beach Marina, Ocean Parkway, Babylon. Some of the activities at the show will include contests for classes of duckboats, decoy carvings and sporting clays shooting. In addition, there will be decoy painting for children, sporting dogs demonstration, swap shop, vendors and exhibitors and raffles for adults and children. Admission is $2.

In addition to the show they are holding their second annual food drive for Long Island’s needy. Bring non-perishable foods and canned goods to the show.
