	Suffolk County legislator Angie M. Carpenter (R-WI) recently honored William Johnston of West Islip Boy Scout Troop 95, on the occasion of his Eagle Court of Honor, where he received the Eagle Award, the highest honor in scouting.  Johnston's Eagle Scout project was restoring Carnation Park in West Islip.  He replaced the fence and park benches and planted new shrubs and flowers. 	"William's efforts on behalf of the Boy Scouts and our community certainly deserved special recognition," said Carpenter.
