Matthew Catlin, a North Babylon High School senior has been named a finalist in the Art Institutes National Culinary Scholarship competition for "America’s Best Teen Chef." The finals will be held in Atlanta where $180,000 in scholarships will be awarded. Matthew plans to attend the New York Restaurant School in Manhattan in the fall.
