BABHAB (Babylon for the Homeless and Blind) is holding its 12th annual Blind Softball game Friday, Aug. 9, 7 p.m. Babylon Town Hall Field Sunrise Highway, Lindenhurst. This year’s game will feature the Long Island Stars against the Long Island Bombers Blind Softball team. This charity event benefits the Babylon Breast Cancer Coalition, Good Samaritan Hospice and the Marrow Foundation as well as the BABHAB scholarship fund for students with special needs.

This is a family fun night with prizes, music, raffles and hot dogs and beverages at $1 each. Price of admission is one can of food for the homeless. Other donations accepted. For more info., call 631-669-3367.
