Florence Schmaeke (nee Abrams), of North Babylon, died April 13, 2002. She is predeceased by her husband, Robert. Surviving Mrs. Schmaeke are her daughter, Cheryl; her son-in-law Miklos and grandchildren, Robert and Christie Leigh.

Mrs. Schmaeke reposed at the Claude R. Boyd-Spencer Funeral Home, 448 West Main St., Babylon Village. Religious service was said Tuesday evening, April 16, 2002 at the funeral home. Interment followed in Oakwood Cemetery.
