The Sumpwams Garden Club paid tribute to Margaret Howell, a longtime member and resident of Babylon. Howell is leaving Babylon and moving permanently to Florida. The celebration was held in Elizabeth Karoly’s garden. It looked like rain but someone must have looked down on this wonderful lady and the sun shone brightly.

Howell was given a framed award for her dedicated service over many years.
