Colonial Crafts Program

The Babylon K-6 PTA Cultural Arts Committee recently invited Joan Brenner of Brenner's Farm in Setauket to visit fourth graders and share with them the skills needed by our colonial ancestors to survive and prosper on Long Island. The students were transported back in time to the Colonial period through their own hands-on experience with making food, toys, weavings, cloth, stencils and more.
